Caryl R. Lucas, Unstoppable Girls Founder

Caryl Lucas, BA, CLC: An award-winning motivational speaker, author, entrepreneur and life coach.

She is the founder & president of Unstoppable Girls Foundation and CEO of Coach on Call, LLC She speaks to corporations, government agencies, colleges, high schools and conferences dozens of times a year. Affectionately known as “Coach Caryl,” she possesses boundless energy and is passionate about helping college students, professionals and young people of all ages embrace their inner power to become “unstoppable” in their lives and careers.

She is a certified professional development expert who has completed nationally recognized human transformational and leadership programs under the tutelage of best-selling self-help authors and internationally known speakers Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield and Iyanla Vanzant. Coach Caryl has also learned valuable lessons helping others overcome personal and professional adversities by regularly consulting with colleges, high schools and nonprofit organizations that serve students and adults who face social and economic challenges.

A former news reporter at The Star-Ledger in Newark, NJ, and a freelance writer, she is fervent in her desire to share positive media messages with young women, a goal she seeks to accomplish through a series of seminars she conducts that examine misogyny in media and culture.

Coach Caryl earned a B.A. in English from Upsala College in East Orange, NJ, and graduated from Rutgers University’s Entrepreneurship Pioneers Initiative at the Center for Urban Entrepreneurship & Economic Development in Newark, NJ.
She is the founder of “Unstoppable Girls,” an educational and empowerment nonprofit that provides leadership training, bully prevention and mentorship programs to girls and young women at schools and colleges including Montclair State University, Seton Hall University, Bergen Community College and Passaic Community College. The group’s annual empowerment conference for young women is held annually at Rutgers University in Newark, NJ.

A rising motivational speaker on the national scene, she is the author of the Unstoppable Girls Gratitude Journal; Fearless: A Bold Approach to Reinventing Your Life; and Aunt Sarah’s Recipes for A Long & Spirit Filled Life. Coach Caryl resides in New Jersey, where she brings her uplifting message of triumphing over misfortune to a growing base of “unstoppable” college and high school students.
